SIOUX CITY, IA (July 8, 2021)—Eight dates have been set for Youth Mental Health First Aid training for next school year. The six-hour trainings gives adults who work with youth the skills needed to reach out and provide initial support to children and adolescents who are experiencing a mental health or substance use problem.
The cost is free to teachers, administrators, counselors, paraeducators, coaches, bus drivers, nurses, and support staff.
