The 2018 Iowa Culture and Language Conference (ICLC) was held November 5-7 in Coralville, Iowa. Each year during the conference, an opportunity is taken to recognize individuals—here in Iowa—who are positively impacting the lives of our English Learners. Awards are presented to individuals in four different categories, including:

  • The Dan Chavez Beyond the Horizon Teacher Award
