The World Food Prize challenges Iowa high school students to put their minds and leadership toward combating global hunger. How? Research food security in a developing country. Write your findings in an essay. Discuss your findings with experts in the field from Iowa State University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, ISU Extension and local industry. Discover your role in the fight against hunger.

Mark your calendar for April 30, 2012. Learn more about how to participate at http://www.worldfoodprize.org/en/youth_programs/global_youth_institute/iowa/

All Iowa high school Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors are welcomed to participate.
