Welcome to Northwest AEA’s monthly newsletter and education blogs, resources and forums, called “Connections.”

This is the last edition of "Connections" for the 2010-11 school year. With the close of another year (where did it go?), we hope you have found relevance in the newsletter, blogs, forums and resources. A two-way dialogue is encouraged so that, together, we can help students reach their potential and achieve in the classroom and in life. We hope you will continue to take advantage of the resources at your fingertips by having discussions with other like educators and make it your own Professional Learning Community (PLC)!

Congratulations as you wrap up this school year, and as we move students another year toward their careers. On behalf of Northwest AEA, thank you for the time and dedication you devote to children and students in your life. We are excited to gear up over the summer for the 2011-12 year; and we welcome your thoughts, suggestions and feedback.

Here is a list of the blogs we update regularly:

For a complete listing of all blogs, please go to the Northwest AEA website. You can also sign up for an RSS feed to automatically receive blog updates (instructions provided).

Please give us your feedback on these tools and their content. We will bring you current and relevant information to assist you in educating your students. Most importantly, we hope you will participate in the conversations. Content and ideas will only be valuable if we build them together, side-by-side.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me or any Northwest AEA employee for assistance.

Educationally yours,

Dr. Tim Grieves
