This course will introduce the theory, principles and application of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to participants. This flexible, blended class is a combination of face-to-face and an online-learning environment. Participants will learn how to represent information in multiple formats and media, provide multiple pathways for student action and expression and provide multiple ways to engage students interest and motivation. These three UDL principles, implemented with media and technology, will improve how we set goals, individualize instruction, and assess students’ progress.
