I'm sure most of you have heard about fixed vs. growth mindset by now. We strive for having a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset. My first knowledge of mindset was when I read the book Mindset by Carol Dweck which was about 5 years ago. Since then, I've read, watched, and seen more and more on growth mindset. I have even incorporated the growth mindset within my class I teach with teachers. It's really amazing what can happen when we have a growth mindset.
