The following ELPA21 assessment trainings must be complete before assessing EL students.  Trainings are available at https://training.aealearningonline.org 

ELPA21 Technology Coordinator Training 2018-2019 (this is for district and building technology directors who are responsible for setting up the technology for the assessment)

ELPA21 Test Coordinator Training 2018-2019 (This training is for District, Building, and Non-Public Test Coordinators. This training will cover the directions for setting up students in TIDE for testing.)

ELPA21 Test Administration Training 2018-2019 (This training is required of all staff who will be administering the ELPA21 assessment. This training will have 2 modules bundled together, Administering the ELPA21 2018-2019 Summative Training and ELPA21 Accessibility and Accommodations 2018-2019.)

ELPA21 Administering Paper Tests for an Accommodation 2018-2019 (This module is for staff who will be administering the ELPA21 Assessments in a paper & pencil format rather than the standard computer format. This module is in addition to the ELPA21 Test Administration 2018-2019 Training.)

ELPA21 Administering K-3 Paper Tests for Religious Exemptions 2018-2019 (This training module for those who will be using the paper and pencil assessment for students for a religious exemption in grades K-3.)
 

ELPA21 Administering 4-8 Paper Tests for Religious Exemptions 2018-2019 (This training module for those who will be using the paper and pencil assessment for students for a religious exemption in grades 4-8.)
 

ELPA21 Assessing ELs with Significant Cognitive Disabilities and/or Alternate Forms of Communication 2018-2019  (This module is for staff who will be administering the ELPA21 Assessments to special education students who have been identified by their IEP team as needing an alternate assessment for state assessments. This module is in addition to the ELPA21 Test Administration 2018-2019 Training.)
