I recently discovered that Google had added some capabilities to their Docs and Spreadsheets.  One of the things I missed when we transitioned from Microsoft to Google, was the ability to do a mail merge.  One of the add-ons is a mail merge application.  I'm hoping that it will enable me to more easily send unique information to schools.  The video that follows explains it. One caveat, however. At a meeting this past week, we discovered that not everyone had access yet. Google sometimes rolls out new products in increments, but it shouldn't be long until everyone that uses Google will find add-ons in their menu bar.
