If you were not aware, Flipgrid was bought out by Microsoft last fall. This merger between the two companies has made Flipgrid FREE for your classroom. You can now have as many grids as you would like. Previously, you had to pay a subscription fee in order to have more than 3 grids! How great is that! They have also continued to support educators to help them help their students find their voice in the classroom. Some great updates that you may not have explored are the Disco Library and the Educator Innovation Station. Here is a rundown of each feature.
The Disco Library is a place you can go to search out grids other teachers have created along the same topic you might be looking for. If you find a grid that you would like to use, you can simply just copy that grid to your account and use it. You can narrow this down by Audience, Topic Subject or Topic Goals. You can find the Disco Library at the top of your account.
Educator Innovation Station is a place teachers can go to get more information, tips, tricks and support on using Flipgrid in their classrooms. This may not be a link you have clicked on, but it has great resources. If you log in to your account, click on "My Grids", you will see a hyperlink with the works Explore the Innovation Station for GridTips and more!
