SIOUX CITY, IOWA (Feb. 5, 2019)—Northwest AEA is offering a substitute authorization class, which allows an individual with a baccalaureate degree to substitute teach in an elementary, middle school, junior high school or high school classroom for no more than five consecutive days in one job assignment at a time.
