SIOUX CITY, IOWA (Feb. 8, 2019)—"Identifying & Teaching Gifted English Learners Workshop" will be held on April 3-4 in Cherokee ow.ly/iMpY30nDnn. The keynote speaker will be Nilda Aguirre, the deputy executive director for the National Association for Bilingual Education. Nilda is also the conference coordinator for the Iowa Culture and Language Conference.
