SIOUX CITY, IA (Oct. 19, 2020)—All school employees are invited to attend a webinar series featuring the book, Take Time for You, facilitated by its author, Tina Boogren. Both series options consist of four 74-minute sessions delivering practical, research-based strategies for self-care, aligned to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Attendance is not required at all sessions, however sessions will not be recorded. Tina's uplifting, light-hearted and humorous facilitation style will leave participants feeling inspired, rejuvenated and empowered!
