SIOUX CITY, IA (Oct. 24, 2019)—This course will explore how administrators and teacher leaders can build effective leadership teams focused on building/district continuous improvement processes. There will be an emphasis on how effective teams can create student-centered classrooms and increase student achievement. An additional component of this course will be to determine the impact of the team's work using data.
