SIOUX CITY, IOWA (Nov. 13, 2017)—The more negative life experiences a youth experiences, called Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), the more likely they are to experience physical and behavioral health problems. It is important for all individuals to understand the impact of adverse childhood experiences and what can be done to interrupt the negative effects so that children grown into healthy adults.  

In support of sharing this knowledge with its employees, Northwest Area Education Agency (AEA) is hosting a FREE community screening of "Resilience" and facilitated discussion:
