SIOUX CITY, IOWA (Dec. 17, 2018)—Elementary and secondary educators, with professional school counselors, are invited to a training titled, "The Stressed Out Classroom: Shifting Negative Patterns to Positive Mindsets" on Feb. 6-7 at Northwest AEA in Sioux City. Benefits from this training can include: reduced stress and anxiety; reduced absenteeism; increased capacity for learning; increased energy; and improved confidence, to name a few.
