The Northwest AEA Board of Directors meet on the third Tuesday of each month. The location alternates between Sioux City & Le Mars. Each agenda will have the location identified.
Northwest AEA is governed by a nine-member citizen board, 5 directors elected by area school boards. and 4 at-large directors elected by superintendents in Northwest AEA. Each director serves a four-year term. Current board members include:
